Personal strengths and weaknesses - Section 1B
I believe that the aim of this topic in the course would be to propose self-knowledge. Knowing and recognizing our weaknesses and strengths is very useful for our lives, and is not normally taught in school. Can that hobby be profitable? Can that change in routine improve the quality of life? What makes us wake up? What makes us good not that we are good and how to improve what we are not born to do? Yes, I believe that getting these answers is the purpose of this topic.
Thinking about weaknesses may not be a very comfortable topic, but it is necessary, and I believe that this same discomfort can be a major factor in change. Using a GAP analysis, where organizing all the personal points to complete your career, expand learning and be able to aim for personal achievements can be an excellent step to look for changes.
What I did to be the engine of change in my routine to adopt the use of an agenda, schedule the days and execute the functions in the list. For this, I used a table where I separated the activities that I want to perform or improve in high or low difficulty and also in high and low importance. The idea is to prioritize what is easy and important, putting things as difficult and with little importance for the end, but idealizing whenever necessary.

The fruits are being harvested. The change of habit, in itself, comes from the desire to change and improve areas in themselves that may bring quality of life in the future. During my searches, I found a “life table” that shows us six pillars that we must value in our lives and that will bring us good fruits in the future. I've been trying to follow it and improve it ever since.
HI Leandro, I liked this blog a lot because I think like you that recognizing our strengths and weaknesses will help us to enhance our skills, I would like to ask you if you consider it important that this exercise should be accompanied by another person, because unfortunately many times we believe that we are acting correctly but we keep making mistakes, I don't know if it would be a good way to more easily identify our weaknesses specifically.

ExcluirI believe that is necessary have coaching in subjects that you want to improve and don't know how to do it or how to identify your own mistakes. But, before do that, you need to allow yourself to be judged and need to be humble to recognize and correct your mistakes. Coaching, if you are working with good professionals, can improve your profit, results or whatever you are chasing in a very positive way. Just try to know who you are dealing with before you get involved, because there is a lot of bad professionals in the market today, following the tendency and take other people of fools.
