Stress Management - Section 4-B

This entire process of internal growth and improvement can generate a lot of stress on our psychological, such as stress and anxiety. It is necessary to know how to deal with this type of wear and tear, as we will deal with this type of feeling throughout our lives.

Identifying how this feeling arises, that is, its triggers, is one of the steps that help to prevent this alarming sensation aggressive to our evolution from arising. Knowing how to block external factors and control internal factors are other excellent personal development tools that help us to carry out the development of all our goals in a smoother and more peaceful way. After all, the frustration of trying and failing can be stifling when associated with other problems that we all face in our routine.

Therefore, in this chaotic routine that we follow, it is necessary to have control of our stress so that it is not a feeling too much, being careful that this feeling is not absent. Yes, a little stress is good. It's good for us to keep moving all the time, pressing ourselves to be better (in a healthy way) and showing us that the pressure it exerts can be turned into fuel for change (so that we don't fall into errors as said in my first report, to get comfortable with our feelings and goals).

Every comfort zone is dangerous, as is the lack of stress. I believe this is the great lesson of this module.

  1. Hello Leandro,

I completely agree with you. Staying in our comfort zone can be dangerous, but as you well said, we have to find out an efficient way to deal with stress at the same time. This is a lot more complicated than it sounds. Sometimes, trying to get out of our comfort zone may push us to the limit, which could lead us into stressful situations that can be dangerous for our health.

Finding out the balance is difficult, but I consider it's even worse to stay in our comfort zone without daring to do new things and just wondering what would happen if we did those things.

    1. My father used to say that "The balance lives between the virtue and the addiction".
When we talk about balance, it's so complicated... and when we're dealing with a theme like stress, that can be harmful, this balance is far more complicated.

Thanks for take your time to comment, Jean!
